John Arledge
Founder and CEO
Before founding Owner's Pass, Mr. Arledge served as Danger's vice president of business development responsible for the company's relationships with wireless carriers, consumer electronics manufacturers, developers and technology partners. Prior to Danger he was the director of business development at TiVo where he was in charge of the company's relationships with pay television service operators, consumer electronics manufacturers, and technology suppliers. Before TiVo, Mr. Arledge managed product marketing at OpenTV, Inc. for the company's flagship digital settop operating system. He has also held marketing positions at Pacific Bell in the broadband networking group and Nissan North America. Mr. Arledge holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Anthony Jones-DeBerry
Executive Vice President, Sales
Prior to joining Owner's Pass, Anthony Jones-DeBerry held the position of Vice President, Premium Seat Sales for AEG Worldwide. His department was the highest grossing revenue generator in the company. Mr. Jones-DeBerry was responsible for revenue in excess of $120 million annually. Mr. Jones-DeBerry developed the premium seating programs at a number of AEG venues including STAPLES Center, Home Depot Center, Kodak Theatre, Bridgeview Stadium (Chicago), and Sprint Center (Kansas City). He also promoted and sold premium seating for such high profile events as the Rose Bowl, the Grammys, and the NBA and NHL All-Star games. He started his career as an account executive with the Los Angeles Kings Hockey club, selling season tickets and groups. Prior to being promoted to Vice President he held the position of director of corporate and premium seat sales for STAPLES Center. Mr. Jones-DeBerry is a 10 year veteran of the sports and entertainment industry. Mr. Jones-DeBerry graduated from UCLA with a degree in sociology. He lettered in football at UCLA and the University of Notre Dame as a linebacker.
John Ghashghai
Executive Vice President, Client Services and Operations
Prior to joining Owner's Pass, Mr. Ghashghai spent 6+ years at TiVo, during which time the company grew from zero to 3.6 million subscribers. Most recently, he served as Director of Advertising and Research Services, helping establish TiVo's Media and Advertising division. He was primarily responsible for managing the post-sales customer experience of advertising and research clients - predominantly made up of the top 200 brands in the United States, such as BMW, General Motors, Disney, American Express, Universal Music and many more. Prior to helping start TiVo's Media and Advertising business, he was the Director of Information Technology, overseeing all aspects of technology infrastructure, security, and business applications. Prior to TiVo, Mr. Ghashghai was Co-Founder and Vice President at Influence Software, a leading provider of analytical applications for e-business. Influence Software was acquired in 1999 by Informatica (Nasdaq: INFA) for $80 million. Prior to Influence, Mr. Ghashghai held various technology management positions at Silicon Graphics and Mips Computer Systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree In Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
